3 Days!

It's almost here! The opening of C-Shore Creations. I'll open the doors at noon on Friday and can't wait to see each of you there. I've been busy doing inventory and am amazed at all the wonderful things that have been put in the store for consignment. There are some amazing deals.

There will be card kits in the shop also. These are made by local artists and are awesome! We will have crocheted flowers for your cards and scrapbook layouts made by a local artist. There will also be gorgeous paper flowers made by another local artist for your cards and layouts. If you're looking for a scrapbook layout, then you will find some by local artists also. Stamps, supplies, scrapbooking, mixed media supplies, kits, finished cards, the list goes on and on. I'm thrilled to be able to showcase the talent that is in our area. Check out the class samples that are in the shop and sign up today! Space is limited so you don't want to miss out! The instructors, alias C-Urchin, C-Horse, Crystal C's, and Angelfish are excited about teaching at the shop! They can't wait to meet each of you and I know you will be impressed by their classes. I've seen the samples and I would love to take them myself!

For tonight, I'm retiring early, as I need to be at the shop tomorrow to stock the shelves. So, until Friday!

The New Horn

DS is 21!!!

This picture is two years old, but isn't he the cutest thing? Yesterday, was my DS birthday. Hard to believe that he is 21 years old. He spent it with his best friend up in Indiana. He was home last weekend and the beginning of the week and it was so wonderful having him home! He just got a new trombone, and he'll kill me 'cause I don't remember the name, but he drove down to Alabama to buy it. It is beautiful!! He is so happy! He came into my life when he was ten. When he was 19 he asked me to adopt him because he said, I'm his mom! I was so proud last May when we went to court and made it final. The whole family was there and it was one of the greatest days in my life! I'm so proud of him and love him so much! Happy Birthday! Just think, on May 11th, you'll be one, since that's the anniversary of your adoption. LOL!

Happy March!!!!

I know it has been a week since I posted! OMG!!!! However, it's been really busy. DD1 home from New York, at least until the 13th, then she'll be back up there for 9 days to take classes since they're getting married in the Catholic Church. At least now some of you have had the opportunity to meet my future son-in-law. He does grow on you, lol. He really is a fine young man, and he loves my daughter very much. We're excited about having him part of our family. I pray for their future and ask you to include them in your prayers.

Last Friday was DH and my 10th anniversary! We had a wonderful day together! I'm so blessed to have him in my life!! Saturday and then again on Monday, I and my friend Susan went over to a friend's house and helped organize her amazing stamping/scrapping room. I do have pictures of before and during and hopefully will have pictures of after soon. I will post them in the next few days for you to see.

Sunday, I spent the day at my new shop! It's small, but it's mine! The Grand Opening will be Friday, April 2 @ 6:00 p.m. If you have things to put in the shop for consignment, give me a call and we'll make a date. The deal is, I will take your gently used stamps, tools, etc, on consignment for 10% for the first 90 days, however, I will increase the percentage to 15% after that. You may pick up your items with prior notice. I will write consignment checks once a month. You will not receive store credit, but the actual money from the sale less my percentage.

I will be posting more cards and projects in the next few days. If you aren't signed up for Baker's Dozen this month, contact me and we'll rectify the situation. See ya'll soon!!!
